By registering for this conference, the participant agrees to a release of liability in order to take part in the conference.
In-Person/Live Conferences
The conference organizers reserve the right to cancel a conference up to four weeks prior to the first day of the conference. The conference can be cancelled at any time due to acts of God or war or family/medical emergencies related to the presenter(s). The conference organizers will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of the conference, other than the cost of the conference.
Handouts and Certificates will be provided in digital format (PDF) at the conclusion of the conference.
Online Recorded Content Access
Online recorded content (when offered) provide unlimited access to recorded content for 3 months after the conference. At that time, no further access will be provided. The purchase and completion of a conference does not include access to new/updated versions of the same conference.
Refund Policy
Full refunds for live conference will be given if written/emailed request is received up to six weeks in advance of the first day of the conference. Full refunds minus a $100 administration fee will be given if written request is received between six and two weeks in advance of the first day of the conference. We regret that requests received after that time cannot be honored. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day the request is received.
Refunds will not be given for registrants who fail to attend some or all of the conference.
Refunds will not be given for recorded content.
